Not the "wine dyed" color it was

First, I love the Crazy Shirts products and have been buying since 1986. I loved the previous wine dyed color because it was a deep purple and was unique among the offerings. But the color change isn't what I was looking for. I wanted purple, not red. There are two other red options: Whiskey and Chile dyed. The wine dyed was purple. Sorry, but while the shorts themselves are still good, the color is not what I expected based on past purchases. I've included a comparison: the one on the left is my previous purchase, the one on the right the new product. And to be clear, I had these in storage and have only worn and washed them five times so no, that isn't what caused the difference. Anyway, if you're looking for purple-ish, these aren't the shorts. Still good shorts, just not purple.

signature colors

i have been a customer of yours for a couple or decades and have always been happy with the quality of your product and choice of colors and design. i am still very pleased with the quality, but am not with the color change due to your change in your production methods for the colors of you products. The colors are different than the previous, which i preferred. Most have a duller look, and they do not have that weathered look that is natural with a 100% cotton product, especially when washed. i will not be replacing those colors in either the shorts or canton pants when i need to and that is disappointing.

Vivid colors

I have 9 pair Crazy Shorts but bought them pre covid. Haven't looked here in a good while but the colors look much more vivid! If I didn't have so many now, I would get some of these colors. Just hope the quality is the same.
