I will likely buy again

I prefer to praise the brands that I buy, especially when repeating. I have 7-8 pairs of these shorts, and I love them; I wear them 7-8 months of the year. When I got my recent pair, I requested the specs for the length. When I rec'd them, I measured both new and old, and the new were indeed slightly longer than the old and out of spec. After I sent the resets, I asked for a response. Their response was, in essence, they will shrink bc they all do. That failed to understand the issue, i.e., yes they will shrink, but the old ones shrank from their inside specs, while these were out of spec. This brand has demonstrated first class customer interactions with me for almost 15 years. To say I"m disappointed would be an understatement, bc they treated me as though I'm an idiot. Believe me, I am not.

Bought 3 pair different colors

Worn these shorts for years wore the last 4 pair out completely after 10 years. The fabric seems lighter so I hope they last as long!
