Get the chance to have your original artwork featured on Crazy Shirts merchandise! We’re always looking for talented artists, painters, and designers who capture the spirit of island living — from dreamy tropical watercolors to bold, vibrant designs.

How It Works

Our Freelance Program gives non-staff artists the opportunity to have their artwork reviewed, selected, and potentially featured on Crazy Shirts products. To participate, artists must first join our Freelance Artist Email List to receive the monthly design topics. Only designs based on these topics will be reviewed.

Once added, you’ll receive a welcome note outlining the submission process, file requirements, and upcoming monthly topics. Unsolicited submissions or designs outside the topics will not be reviewed.

Submission & Review Process

We take creativity and originality very seriously at Crazy Shirts. All submissions must be your own original work, and you must own all intellectual property rights to your design. Purchased artwork is considered work for hire; all rights associated with your submission will transfer to Crazy Shirts upon completion of the transaction.

Artwork incorporating “free to use” graphics, artwork utilizing clipart (whether free or paid), or generally available internet images will not qualify for our program. If your submission is selected, please be prepared to send us your reference material for review. You will be held legally co-responsible for any infringement issues that may arise after the transfer of IP rights.

If your design is purchased, we will request the production file. Please do not make any noticeable changes to the color or art unless you inform us first — after all, we are purchasing your design based on your presentation board.
