- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- If your original card is no longer available, a Crazy Shirts electronic gift card will be issued.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for credits to appear on your account.

- Refunds will be issued in the form of a Crazy Shirts electronic gift card.

Without a Receipt:
- Refunds will be issued as a Crazy Shirts electronic gift card for the current retail value of the returned item(s).

- All gift returns are refunded as a Crazy Shirts electronic gift card.

- Step 4 Pack item(s) to be returned in their original condition
- Step 5 Print the prepaid postage label and ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) at no cost OR use a courier of your choice at your expense

Q: USPS sent me my pre-paid return shipping label. Now what?
A: Please print the return shipping label and affix it to the parcel. Keep the tracking number provided and drop your package at a local post office. You can also have it picked up on the next Postal Delivery Day.
Q: Can I schedule a pickup of my return with USPS?
A: Yes. You can use a smart device to scan the QR code on the return label or visit https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm to schedule a pickup.
Q: Do I have to pay for a scheduled pickup with USPS?
A: There is no cost if you select "Pick up during regular mail delivery." on Step 3 of scheduling your pickup with USPS. *Any other selection is at your expense.
