This shirt is terrible

This shirt is terrible. It's lopsided too much fabric on one side of the sleeve
I washed it once thinking it would shrink up but it still is lopsided. It is definitely sewn incorrectly, I'd like to send it back but I don't have any of the original paper work. Any Suggestions
