(A) To find your size, compare measurements with a similar garment at home or at work that fits you well.
(B) With the garment laying flat, measure across chest 1 inch below seam under each arm.

It's a great shirt, just watch the washing temps as they shrink like a son-of-a-gun.
I wash 'em only on cold now.
