Sleeve - this fits to tightly! Should have ordered an XL vs. L.

surprised and disappointed

Always have liked your quality and designs, and quick deliveries. What I was surprised and disappointed with was a shirt that was ordered as a gift for Christmas weeks before, but didn't arrive until after Christmas. That required having to run out and purchase an additional gift for Christmas Day. I was notified by you of the to-be-late delivery, but it was curious that the same shirt ordered was still continuing to be advertised for sale by you in time for Christmas, even before your last day of ordering chance. I don't want to go online with a negative against you and hurt your business. Such is life. I'm sure you were upset at the issue as well. In the future, I hope your protocols are more fine-tuned.
