I was very disappointed with the process

I was very disappointed with the process.

I bought the shirt early one morning. When the order was finished, it told me it was being shipped to the wrong address. I tried to call, chat, email, whatever I could do but could not contact you until your support line opened which was hours later. I was told I could cancel and buy a new one.When I said I wanted confirmation that the previous order was cancelled, I was told it was too late. luckily I hadn't bought another shirt.
