Overall fine, but one continued glaring exception to excellence

Excellent material, pattern, and construction. What I continue to be disappointed in is the inconsistency in length of these polos. CS tells me that a 5" variance is standard. I have never run across that in any other brand and I'm afraid this will be the last Crazy Shirts polo for me.
