Nice for Casual Wear

I'm retired so they work nicely for home, garden, gym, dances at the Senior Center, Community College, VFW, Elks, Dance Studio. But I wouldn't bring them on a Cunard cruise, but they would be ok on more casual travel and comfortable on airplane, bus and such. Decent front pocket depth, large cell phone does fill it.
I am 6'7" and weigh 200#, 37" inseam on jeans. I bought XL on these, I sent XXL back, way too baggy butt and did not help length. Length not too bad, shows off my Bigfoot socks when sitting!
Material is intermediate weight cotton, if I were in Alaska in winter I would wear long johns under, plenty roomy for that.
The Root Beer is a darker Brown, I have a pair of Black as well, easy to wipe stains off on both and they dry off quickly.
Waist band elastic works well for me, I tend to wear them at or below iliac crests.

I have been a bit disappointed with my last two pair of twill pants. I prefer the material of my older ones. I have no idea why you changed material, but the old variety were more comfortable and casual. Will probably look elsewhere next time.
